My name is Agata Estkowska ACA: a chartered accountant and the founder of LTL Accounting. With over 10 years of experience in both small accountancy firms and one of the UK’s Top 10 firms, I’ve worked with businesses of all sizes—from start-ups finding their feet to established companies looking to grow.

Starting my own practice was always my goal

I wanted to create an accountancy firm that is modern, proactive, and genuinely invested in its clients. Whether you need help with tax planning, financial strategy, or just someone to explain things in plain English, I want to be the person you can rely on.

On a personal level, my biggest motivation has always been my daughter, Lyla—named after an Oasis song! I had Lyla when I was very young, and she has been the heart behind everything I do ever since. She has taught me resilience, determination, and the importance of working hard for something meaningful—values I bring into my work every day. I also share my home with two dogs, Tilly and Lando. Lando is named after the Formula 1 Lando, not the Star Wars Lando.
